Cooking technique of the day: Julienne

Cutting the vegetables thinly and evenly that looks like strips. This method is perfect for many stir fries, especially stir fried noodles, such as bihun goreng and japchae. It's because of the shapes that is almost mimicking noodles, it blends the vegetables with the noodles that makes such a uniform shapes and texture.
